CIRCUITS

Circuits is the last group exercise class. Circuits is a highly motivated class that works different muscle groups through a series of exercises set at different stations. Each station has a different exercise that needs to be done for a specific period of time. These exercises comprise both cardio and endurance work – a great all over body workout.

Restricted space?
Not a problem, we can use the method known as ‘Command Circuit’, so space need not be an issue
