ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS

Allotted gym-based time for participants to work on their individual goals. Each individual receives one-to-one training with the Ocean Fitness instructor and is given
a tailor-made gym programme to follow. Whether participants want to lose weight, bulk up, increase fitness or simply gain more knowledge the Ocean Fitness instructor will have the answers.
